The FIRSTLINK Directory Online brings our database of more than 5,000 different nonprofit and government programs, health care resources, self-help, and support groups available in Franklin County to your desktop.

Subscriptions are for a one-year period.

All subscribers must sign a license agreement and make payment prior to receiving their user ID and password. One contact person at each subscriber organization will be responsible for issuing the ID and password. Anyone issued the password and ID to at your organization may access the database from any computer at any location with Internet access. However, the number of users logged in at the same time will be limited to the number of licenses purchased.
Database is updated weekly.

Pricing examples:

  • Nonprofit: If you purchase three licenses you will subscribe at the $90 per license rate (3x $90 = $270).
  • For profit: If you purchase six licenses you will subscribe at the $127 per license rate (6x $127 = $762).
