| Job Title: | Contingent Information & Referral Specialist

| Description: | FIRSTLINK is recruiting contingent Information & Referral Specialists for immediate openings. These positions work primarily weekends, overnights and some holidays or during high demand times on an as needed basis following training. Our 24-hour non-profit 2-1-1 call center serves the community by linking citizens to a variety of critical community resources, including volunteer opportunities. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, performing duties such as intake, assessment, referral and documentation.

| Requirements: | Must have a caring attitude, excellent people, communication, problem-solving and computer skills. Bachelors Degree is required, knowledge of human services a must. Fluency in Spanish a plus. Must be available to work shifts as needed. (Potential Contingent shifts are daily 11pm - 7am, Fridays 6pm - 11pm, Saturdays 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, and Sundays 7am - 3pm.)
