FIRSTLINK's comprehensive information and referral service connects those in need with thousands of social service, government and community resources – to help find a solution to any need. Free and confidential, 2-1-1 is available throughout Franklin County 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, Community Resource eGuides–instant reference lists from our database on a variety of service topics–as well as Customized Information, are available via our state-of-the-art database.
Dental OPTIONS
Need dental care but can't afford it? Dental OPTIONS assists Ohioans with special health care requirements and breaks down financial barriers to obtaining the critical dental care needed.
FOODLINK
Need a hot meal or a three-day supply of food? Hundreds of options exist. We assess your specific needs–including distance from pantry, time of day and special dietary needs–and connect residents with a food pantry or soup kitchen that can help.
